  My AC conked out in the summer. Not good here in FL. I was an AC Designs customer. They missed the diagnostic cause. So I called several options and Powell was the first to call back. They were on point. Within three days they repaired my AC, I cannot say enough about Austin our technician and the front desk who called to give live updates. Thank you!
