  It's Papa Johns. It isn't getting five stars for its breathtaking culinary skills because a local franchise has some but very little control over how the pizza tastes. This review and rating is based on customer service and things that a local franchise of a national chain can actually control: customer service and delivery. These have always been excellent in my experience. The delivery folks go out of their way to make sure the pizza comes on time, and for carryout the order is always ready when the internet estimate says it will be ready.
