  I will NEVER!!! use your grooming services again. I am 69 years old and have never given anyone a bad review but I am very angry. I rescued 2 dogs from a shelter and both are very terrified of being groomed. I paid extra money to have them sedated and groomed which worked out very well. Then the groomer decides she won't do sedated dogs anymore. Why I don't know. Sedated dogs can't possible be more difficult than non sedated dogs. I made an appointment 2 weeks ago for Charlie and then the day before the groomer called and refused to do Charlie because he tried to bite her. If I had known this, I wouldn't have make the appt. but she never communicates any problems or what she has even done. I was going to talk to the groomer about other alternatives but she hung up on me. I couldn't believe she did this. I plan on telling everyone about my experience with this groomer. I don't do this lightly as I am not that type of person, but in this case I feel it is warranted. You just lost 2 paying customers.
