  My family rented 2 bedroom bay-front condo from Matanzas Properties for spring break in April 2015. I found this property through Home Away website. When I requested more info from property manager Sarah Dousman, I was surprised by her immediate reply. I asked many questions and she always answered detailed and fast. I ended up renting this condo. We arrived after hours, and keys were waiting for us. The condo was in mint condition, all brand new furniture and bedding, floors and dishes. But we needed additional chairs for outside, and I called Sarah. To our surprise she called back, explained where to get chairs, and also send some more to us. Same happened when we needed more cooking dishes, it was delivered next morning. The property itself is located across the street from ocean, and faces the bay. You can walk to a small marina for fishing or boating, and swimming pool is right there too. There is a porch with chairs and a small table, facing the bay, so you can spend time watching gorgeous sun sets. Also, I have to mention that the condo has laundry with washer and dryer, and there are many cleaning products for your use. Air condition in the unit works very good; water in toilets, sinks and showers runs well. Overall, we travel often enough to tell that this was one of the best properties (in terms of location, condition and services) that we have ever rented.

  Being apart of the rental community in St Augustine can be rough. Thankfully I found Sarah Dousman and we found a great three bedroom house for my family. Through our year lease she answered every question efficiently and I couldn't be more pleased. I highly recommend Sarah as your realtor!
