  Stay clear of this doctor at all costs. He makes up prices as he goes, I just received a notice from Medicare that he is trying to charge $950.00 for 2 urine screens. I am over 15 years older than he and he has raised his voice at me repeatedly. He was threatening me to find another doctor as he would refuse to refill prescriptions that I have been on for almost 30 years. I also do not understand why this office has not been shutdown. Forcing injections that didn’t do anything in trial sets but deflate my savings. He is a scammer, just trying to deepen his own pockets. I have met elderly people outside his office in tears with financial problems from having to drain their savings to pay his ever changing charges, fees and what he calls balances. I would of rated minus 10 stars if possible, knowing that anyday I will be receiving another outrageous bill from his office, do not trust this silver spoon fed devil of a man.

  SCOTT CORNEAL is a VERY VERY UNCARING DOCTOR. He is about NOTHING BUT MONEY AND PUSHING PILLS AS WELL AS FORCING INJECTIONS THAT HAVE ADVERSE AFFECTS!
  PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE. I WOULDNT SEND MY WORST ENEMY HERE!
