  I was very disappointed to hear “not today, we are too busy” when I asked if they could call another store for a jean jacket for my daughter in a different size. There was no customers at cash, one other woman was chatting to a co worker and the woman I asked was just sorting the change room rack. I have never had that kind of service from WHBM.
