  Terrible Customer service all the way around. When I went to pick up my truck there was another customer in front of me complaining that he had been charged twice for his rental truck. I had a bad feeling about this place then, but I had already reserved a truck so by then it was too late to back out and find another place to rent from. I had taken the truck which was fine. I moved my furniture and returned the truck. When I went to return the truck the woman who runs Bob's bait and tackle told me that she was the only one there and that she had customers so she could not go out and inspect the truck at that time, but that she would bill the card she had on file and if I called her later that day she would tell me what it came out to. I called her an hour later and she said she emailed me the receipt, that was all. Two days later I get an email that my bill was not paid and that I was being charged a $30 late fee for nonpayment. I called the customer service to complain about the late fee and was told I would be contacted by the owner of Bob's Bait and Tackle. The owner of Bob's claimed that my card would not go through, which was B.S. because she made 2 other charges on it in order to reserve the uhaul. Mind you when I spoke to this woman to find out what the bill was she never said anything about my card not going through, only that she would email me a receipt. I ended up going online and paying the amount that I had originally owed which was around $88. I never heard from Bob's bait and Tackle, instead two days after I paid the bill online I get an email from a Jeff Vito who is a regional manager that he went in and billed my card for $88. So now I had been billed twice. He never called me or even checked my account to see that it was paid before taking it upon himself to bill me a second time. I then had to call customer service and was passed around to 7 different customer service representatives before I finally was able to convince the last rep, after almost an hour of arguing with her, to allow me to speak to a manager. The manager then told me that to get my money back I would have to travel to a different Uhaul in town to get my money back in cash. I was never offered anything to compensate me for all my wasted time and trouble other than a few weak apologies. When my mother rented a truck and trailer from Budget and there was an issue with a tire on the trailer they credited her $200. I was offered nothing for my wasted time, which amounted to a few hours of arguing on the phone with ignorant customer service reps , plus my wasted time and gas for having to travel to another Uhaul dealership to get my money back, which they had no right to touch in the first place. I would never rent from Bob's bait and tackle or from any uhaul again for that matter. Go to Budget instead! At least they make good on their mistakes.
