  I have owned 4 bikes. The only Joe has not worked on was the first. I sold it before I found him. One of the advantages of taking a scooter to Joe is that his business specializes in repair. So if you have an older scooter, Joe will not tell you that you need to get rid of it so he can make a sale. Most of the other shops in town are dealership facilities that will recommend you junk your old one so they can make a
  sale.
  Another thing that he has done that I am very grateful for is that when I am looking for a new or stronger bike, he has graciously made time to determine the mechanical condition of each one I look at.
  To sum up: His work is great, his price is fair, and his customer service is simply beyond comparison! Why go anywhere else?
