  I've used this place several times and I will never go back. Same experience every time. The older gentleman, which I assume is the owner, always seems inconvenienced when you walk in. Very bad customer service, rude, condescending and gets an attitude if you need anything like a sharpie to write on the label or a shipping quote before committing to the outrageously high shipping charges and if you would like a "hello", "have a nice day" or god forbid a "thank you"....good luck with that. There is a UPS store in the Publix complex on the island and they are very nice and helpful. I suggest going there.

  What a ripoff! $45.00 to send an overnight letter! Combine that with rude and uncooperative service and you have a business that I will never again visit. Save yourself money and grief and go the extra miles to Fedex or UPS direct. You will be glad you did. I will moving and renting a U-Haul truck in the near future but it certainly will not be from this business - even though they are much closer to my home!
