  Dr. Jimenez and nurse clinician Susan are very knowledgeable and helpful. However the nurses are frequently inaccurate in the prescriptions they make ready for the clinicians, requiring this patient to call the office to correct these inaccuracies and to make otherwise unnecessary trips to the pharmacy and Dr's office in order to obtain the correct prescription. Phone calls to the pharmacy and Dr's office AND extra trips to the pharmacy and Dr's office could have been avoided if the original prescriptions had been documented correctly in the first place. I will now feel the need to check out all prescriptions before I leave the office to be certain that prescriptions documented by the nursing staff are correct, even though I have communicated exactly what is required during the visit.
