  I've had to go to a public laundry for the past year and it is usually not a great experience. However, I finally found "The Laundry Room". This is the nicest laundromat I have ever visited. I have been in restaurants that aren't as well kept as this place. Extremely clean, plenty of machines (wash or dry), extra large folding areas, plenty of carts, nice lounge area with tables and chairs, and did I mention it was clean! They have large and small washers some of which are set aside for washing only your white clothes. Well ventilated and lit, with plenty of video surveillance and an attendant on duty. The fee for the washers is a bit higher than I am used to, but totally worth it. They do have a change machine, laundry vending, and snacks/drinks vending machines as well.
  
  You can tell by the care of property and the signage inside that the owner takes a lot of pride in this business and expects their guidelines to be followed. I noticed that most negative reviews involved a confrontation with the attendant/manager, which would indicate they are very proactive enforcing the rules. I think sometimes people misinterpret the fact that the attendant may just be trying to advise you, so that you and EVERYONE ELSE can have a better experience. I personally had the best laundry experience of my life and the attendant was very pleasant towards me. I felt very comfortable the entire time.
  
  I'm not sure how their wash/fluff/fold service is because I have not used it.
