  My first day there 8/28/17. Unbelievable workout! There had to be 40 people there at 0450 in the morning, three of us were new comers and Sarah took us under her wing and showed us exactly what to do on every station. I left feeling amassing after a 50 minute workout!!!! She has a winning program that gets your body back to work. Enjoyed it very much and do not look forward tomorrow morning!! Just kidding

  This is the most amazing gym. Very friendly and not intimidating at all. The owner Sarah makes you feel right at home. Everyday is a new challenging workout. I LOVE it.
