  We purchased our new Laminate floor here, and it was installed by Carlos's Floor Installation. We could not be happier. We love the product. It looks amazing. Carlos showed up when he said he would and worked really hard. He was so pleasant and obviously knew what he was doing. This was an great experience! We highly recommend Floor Factory Outlet and Carlos!

  We went in to purchase floating laminate for my mother in laws condo. We were quoted a GREAT price for the laminate and installation, much lower than any other place. After we paid, it was a disaster. Called and asked for more money, they grossly overestimated the square feet. Then when the installers called, they claimed they were told that we would be doing the demo on the floors. If they were going to do it it would cost even more. They are worse than car salesman!!! Do NOT go there!!!
