  I recently moved back to St Augustine to work as a physical therapist. I honestly was not too familiar with Crossfit. I had seen Crossfit injuries while practicing in New Mexico and decided to give it a shot with Driv Fitness.
  
  Todd and AJ were extremely helpful and knowledgeable when answering my questions.
  
  They were able to send me some literature via email about Crossfit. They also took me through some introductory classes where the quality of the education, form correction, and verbal/tactile cues was highly skilled.
  
  There gym space is nice. There are lots of friendly members. My wife enjoyed the yoga/barre classes.
  
  I recommend anybody to give Crossfit at Driv a shot no matter the skill level, age, or ability. I would have no hesitation referring patients discharged from PT to Driv.
