  I purchased hot tea (2 days in a row) from this establishment and BOTH times was charged .75 more than was printed on the overhead menu. I brought this to the attention of the barista, who shoved a printed menu in my face and said, “oh, that overhead menu is like 90 years old.” However the printed menu posted the same price. I brought that to her attention and then the manager in duty. I was told they have brought this to the attention of the owner many times. When I stated that they should at least refund the .75, the manager rolled her eyes and shook her head and said no. I told them that I wanted my money back because of extremely poor customer service. This, I was granted but the sales staff was none-to-pleasant. Poor customer service!

  I come here all the time. Ive seen most of the people who left negative reviews and I'll tell you personally that most of the people who've left bsd reviews are idiots and EXTREMELY rude to the employees and other customers like myself. Treat others how you want to be treated. Liza Torres and S Hudley were ESPECIALLY retarded to put bluntly
