  1. WE dropped it off 4-19-17
  2. We picked it up 4-29-17
  3.I dropped it back off 4-29-17 cause it didn't work (my control panel didn't work,which I had to connect wires that they unhooked while doing work on the boat, which they said they never touched), I couldn't turn the boat on at the boat ramp, so I brought it back
  4. They told me that they would fix it without charging me labor, just charge for parts
  5.i called back in a week to check up on the boat, they said they were waiting for me to get the parts that they needed to actually fix the boat
  6. I called back a 1.5weeks later they said they found the part
  7. Called back a week later they said it was the wrong part
  8. Called back a 1.5 weeks later they said they we're still looking for the part
  9. Called back 1.5 weeks later said she found the part but that she was going to pick it up herself from south Florida while on vacation
  10. Called bank following week said she didn't get the part cause she couldn't get a hold of the guy with the part
  11. Called back 1.5 weeks later said that the guy was still looking
  12. Called back very angry saying I wanted my money and my boat back ASAP, she the said "give me til Monday please before you take uppity boat back" said that she'd call me Monday
  13. She called Monday saying that the idle adjustment knob came in, along with the flt wheel tool they needed (this was the first time I ever heard that they needed a flywheel tool for the boat) also said that the boat would be done this pay Thursday 22nd 2017
  14. She never called Thursday at all
  15. I called on Friday 23rd 2017 Very angry, she said that the part just came in and that it would be sober today Saturday 24th and that we wouldn't have to pay for anything
  When I dropped it off they said "engine bogging down, motor flooding out from carb floats stuck open. They said they did carb job with complete kits and reset the floats. They decarbed the engine and did compression tests, spark test resulted in #4 cylinder not firing, bad ignition coil and power pack connection leads
  Total payment = 659.35
  When I dropped the boat off and talked to her on the phone a couple days later she said it was only gonna be 600-650 to do the job, when I went to pick it up they were trying to charge me 750, which I told them that's not what they quoted me a week before.
