  They did not do my service, so weigh that in the rating.
  
  Twice I had service scheduled. Twice the repairman had an emergency and went out of town. That is something that happens and is understandable.
  
  Both days, not one person called from dispatch to say the tech was canceling all appointments. In fact, dispatch kept saying I was on the queue and he would be there. That part is the unacceptable part. If your tech is out for the day, dispatch needs to call those scheduled appointments to reschedule first thing in the morning.
  
  I wasted 2 days waiting on a guy who was not even in the state of FL, and did not find that out until 3pm the second day, and only after calling 824-9505 4 times.
