  I reserved two rooms in this hotel to stay between 12/25/14 to 12/28/14. Reason: My birthday celebration with my family.
  WORST experience ever so far. As I said before; got two rooms; the first room the key card did not work; tried to call for customer service and found out is easiest to reach the president than to reach LATERRA; left 3 VM that I was locked out of my room, no call backs; fortunately or maybe not so much, we went to the second room; our first impression BEAUTIFUL; got settled, put bags down, all nine yards; we went to eat, most utensils dirty, the coffee maker had two bags inside of who knows what (the color of the rainbow with white spots all over); toilets were dirty, there were coffee mugs dirty on the second room; went to the main room the toilet plunger was sitting on top of the tub. The shower head is all rusty and disgusting. It is a shame I cannot upload this pictures for your enjoyment. We had to go to the closest opened place to buy clorox, toilet paper and cleaning supplies to at least spend the first night.
  
  I waited for 12/26/14 to speak to someone in person; I spoke to Vickie Johnson; whom showed to be very concerned with the situation. She told someone was going to have someone clean the room and fix all the problems I expressed while talking to her. She was so concerned she gave 2 extra nights at the hotel.
  
  We decided to stay the whole day out of the room so that we will not be in the middle while the cleaning people did their thing.
  
  Got back to the room at 11 pm; nothing was done; no one ever came. Tried calling everyone and no answer; I was giving a cell to send my pictures that cell did not answer either. This is a humiliating, insulting, and shameful situation.
  
  DONT STAY IN THIS SUPPOSED TO BE RESORT/CONDO; AND IF YOU DO; COME PREPARED TO CLEAN UP BEFORE YOURSELF NOT AFTER YOURSELF
